First, it's important that you know how to login.
If you don't know how to do this yet, please click on this article. Here you can also read about the difference between 'Enterprise' and 'Starter' & 'Growth' accounts.
Click the Forgot password? link.
Type in your email address and hit the Reset password button.
If screen below appears, the email address you provided is valid and new login instructions have been sent to that email address. If this screen does not appear, then the email address you provided is not associated with a Mopinion account.
Once you've received the email, you click the link within the email.
Your browser will open a new page (see below)
Type and confirm your new password in the input fields and hit the Reset password button.
The browser will reload and you will see the screen below if your password has been reset successfully.
Type in your email address and new password in the input fields.
Then hit the Sign in button.
