In some cases you'll want to receive email alerts for all the feedback results from a specific feedback form by email.

If you want to set this up, please follow these steps:

Step 1

Click on 'Settings' at the top of the page and go to 'Alerts'.

Step 2

On the right side of the page you will see a blue (+) where you can add alerts. Click on this button to add an alert.

Step 3

You will see a form for editing your alerts. If you want to receive all of your feedback by email, just mark the box 'For each survey result'. This option is indicated with a red box in the image below. Then click on the green 'Save' button to save your changes.

Now you will receive email alerts for every feedback result.
