You can add a custom JavaScript to your form.

Step 1

Go to the form and click on 'Edit form' or click on the pencil icon.


Step 2

At the top, in the middle of the page, click on the tab 'Configure'.


Step 3

Then click on the 'Advanced' tab on the left side of the page.

Here you can add a script. You must click on the +Add button under the text 'External files'.


Step 5


You can provide a name for the file. For example, ”delete cookies”.


Here you can specify the location of the file path.


Here you can choose if you want this script to run Global, Only inside modal or Only outside modal.

(4) Click on the Add+ button in the bottom right corner of the page.


Step 7

Don’t forget to save your changes. To do this, click on the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page.
