You can categorise actions by adding tags to them. To set this up, please follow the steps below:

Step 1

Go to 'Actions' at the top of the page and click on 'Manage actions'

Step 2

Here you will see an overview of a few actions depending on your settings (Results per page). Click on an action and you will see a screen with the action details.

Step 3

The image above indicates that the action has already been assigned to an employee. Above the 'green' field you will see 'Current tags'. In the example above, no tags have been added yet. To add tags just click on the (+).

 

Step 4

In the image above you have the option to choose tags that have already been added to feedback items. Note: you will only be provided with a list of options if you've previously added tags to other actions. If you haven't yet made a tag and want to add a tag to the item, just type it in and click on the green button with the 'Save' icon to save your tag.

Step 5

To create categories, just add the same tags to different actions. Once you've done that you can search your categories by filtering your actions with 'added tags'.

Step 6

Click on the category you want to see and the filter will show you the overview of actions with the same tags. 

Now you can categorise your actions with tags!
