With the template function you can create complete forms in just a few clicks. You can also make a template so when you want to recreate a form multiple times it will save you a lot of time.
Be aware: The template function is not an exact copy. If the form you've used as a template had logic in it you'll have to add it in this form as well. If you are using a design you'll have to select this for the new form as well
Now let's get on with creating and using a custom template.
Go to the formbuilder and edit the form you want to use as a template. Go to "Data collection" > "Feedback form" at the top of the screen.
Here you can see all the forms you've created. Now click on the pencil icon of the form you want to duplicate or hover over the form with the mouse and click on "Edit form".
In the "Build" step in the formbuilder go to "Settings". There you'll find the option to create a template.
Choose a name, subtitle and template description for the template and save the template.
A message will show that the template was saved.
Create a new form using the template. Click on "Go to templates" or go back to the overview of the feedback forms. If you go to the overview click on "Add a feedback form" and select "Pick a template".
In the template menu you have to scroll down. There you'll find your own custom template.
Select the template and click on use template or edit and the form will be created.
If you haven't selected edit, go back to the forms overview and edit the newly created form by clicking on the pencil icon. If the form you've used had logic in it you'll have to add it in this form as well. If you are using a design you'll have to select this for the new form as well.
Now you can add the copied form to the deployment and start collecting feedback.
