Sometimes you will receive similar kinds of feedback by email from different customers. By creating standard answer templates for these feedback items, your team members are able to reply quickly and easily. 

To create standard answer templates, please follow these steps:

Step 1

Go to 'Settings' at the top of the page and click on 'Standard answers'.

Step 2

Now you will see an almost empty page with only one option: 'Add a standard answer'.

Step 3

Here you're able to create your own standard answer template. Just type in the name of the template and add your standard answer in the textbox.

If you've done that, click on 'Add' to add your standard answer template.

Your standard answer template has now been saved. It will look like the image below. 

Step 5

Now that you've set this up, when you go to your feedback results (Reporting > Feedback results) and click on the feedback item you want to send an email reply to, you can select the standard answer template.

Step 6

Select the standard answer template you want to use and it will be automatically added to your textbox.

Step 7

Then click on 'Reply' to send your answer.
